Revit 2017 schedule is grayed out

Revit 2017 schedule is grayed out. Here are my steps thus far, and if someone sees what I'm doing wrong, please point it out. Note: Graphical column schedules are a unique type of visual schedule that cannot be modified like standard schedules.
